NORTHSTAR was originally founded to assist our residential customers in building back their homes and investments after catastrophic losses from such events as fire, hail, water, and other accidental structural property damage. With a passion towards helping our customers navigate the insurance claim process Northstar Construction quickly became a trusted contractor in the property restoration industry.

As our customer base increased, we found there were a lack of quality contractors in our marketable to be a single source contractor for the entire exterior building envelope performing exterior upgrades, exterior remodels, and corporate & multi-site re-images at the level of excellence we strived for. Because of these market needs, as of January 1, 2021, Northstar Construction & Property Services became NORTHSTAR EXTERIOR to better express our capabilities and efficiencies to all our Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Clients.
